Having spent over 40 years in real estate development and construction throughout the country, developer David N. Levinson calls Anderson Creek Club the “crowning jewel” of his remarkable real estate career. Since writing his Harvard honors thesis on the British Town and Country Planning Association and studying property law at the Harvard Law School, it has been Mr. Levinson's dream to create a community that blended the best of the ancient world with the innovations of modern planning. After visiting the excavations of five Roman cities, Mr. Levinson was so inspired by their complete integration of design and functionality that he supervised the design of Anderson Creek Club to make the modern version of that same integration by creating the lifestyle community the Club offers to the public today.

Having participated in the development of dozens of communities from coast to coast, Mr. Levinson has appeared as a featured speaker at national conventions of the real estate and building industry-being named “Speaker of the Year” by one such association. The Wilmington News Journal has noted Mr. Levinson's “creative genius” for both his development abilities and his dedication to public service.

Mr. Levinson has served in leadership positions of over twenty religious institutions and community associations, including the Boy Scouts of America and its National Eagle Scout Association. He was twice elected Insurance Commissioner of the State of Delaware, in which capacity he testified before both the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate as an expert on financial matters in the insurance industry. At the invitation of their respective governments, Mr. Levinson drafted the insurance codes of the countries of Russia, Latvia, Estonia, Ukraine and Romania. He was the first non-Russian named as an official advisor to the Russian parliament, and he was awarded a medal by the Prime Minister of Latvia for his service to that country. In 1982, Mr. Levinson was the candidate for the U.S. Senate of the Democratic Party of the State of Delaware. Mr. Levinson holds an Executive Certificate in counter-terrorism from the Institute for Counter-Terrorism of the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzilya, Israel.

Mr. Levinson is married to Marilyn Wallach Levinson, Esq. and they have a son, Micah Nathaniel Levinson. The Levinsons reside in Cambridge, Massachusetts and at Anderson Creek Club.

Developer Steven Shotz was a founding director and serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Republic First Bancorp and Chairman of the bank's loan committee.

Mr. Shotz was a founding director and serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Republic First Bancorp and Chairman of the bank's loan committee. He also serves as a Director of First Bank of Delaware and Chairman of its loan committee and its audit committee. Previously, Mr. Shotz served as President and Managing Shareholder of Shotz, Miller, Glusman, Footer & Magarick, P.C., Certified Public Accountants/ Management Consultants in Philadelphia.

Mr. Shotz is a graduate of Temple University. His professional affiliations include membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. His civic and charitable affiliations include being a former member of the Small Business Council for the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia; past Chairman of the Pennsylvania State Board of Accountancy; past President of the International Group of Accounting Firms Board; former advisory board member of the Temple University Department of Accounting; and an advisory board member of the National Tay-Sachs and Allied Diseases Association.

Mr. Shotz is married to Barbara Berman Shotz and they have four children: Todd, Dan, George and Annette.
