Sam Nemoff, a fourth generation real estate developer, founded Penn Wynne Homes in 1997.

He has eighteen years commercial and residential experience, ranging from real estate brokerage to vice presidency of a regional development firm. Sam holds degrees from Tulane University and Drexel University, and is a member of the National Association of Home Builders.

Since founding Penn Wynne Homes, the company has produced three award-winning communities featuring over 200 townhomes and condominiums. Penn Wynne Homes believes its success is based on a team apporach to their development, bringing in the collective skills of top professional to form a single vision.
