Growing up in the concrete business, Michael Pleasant watched his grandfather form a thriving business. He knew the building industry was a direction he wanted for his life. After completion of college, Michael returned to the family business where he worked and honed his skills. Seeing that he needed to gain additional experience in the building industry, he later went to work for a lumber company expanding his knowledge base. All of this exposure prepared Michael to open a company of his very own. MSP Construction & Development LLC, was formed in 2010. Michael’s vision was to create a company where pride shows through the quality home he builds. It is imperative that everything that goes into a home, from lumber to light bulbs, is the perfect fi t for that home. This extra Care of Quality shows in every home he builds. Michael is married to wife Carlye and has 2 beautiful girls, Campbell and Emory.
